Collars, harnesses & leads made from nylon webbing, cord & rope: Gentle 30 degrees, always use a protective washbag. Easy to hand wash. Use warm water, a mild detergent, soak for 5 minutes, rub with your fingers, or gently wipe with a sponge for any stubborn marks, rinse off & air dry only. Never tumble dry. Please note that sometimes rose gold coloured items can tarnish over time, especially when wet.

Waterproof Biothane collars & leads: Simply wipe clean with warm water and a sponge. Please note that sometimes rose gold coloured items can tarnish over time.

All bows: Wipe clean with warm water and a sponge.

All bandanas: Wipe clean or a gentle 30 degree hand wash.

Tags & charms: These are not 100% waterproof. Wipe clean with warm water and a sponge.

Plushie toys: Gentle 30 degree wash or hand wash.

Natural treats & chews: Check with your vet before giving any new treat or chew. Always supply fresh water. Never leave a dog unsupervised with any treat or chew.
